What We Accept
Unopened & unused items
Items in their original packaging, untouched, within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us and we'll fix it immediately.
Opened or used items
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on items that have been opened or applied.
Items returned after 14 days
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
Email us
Send an email to nails@pressdon.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll confirm
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
Send it back
Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
