By accessing or purchasing from Pressdon (pressdon.com), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Pressdon website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Products
All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item received due to screen colour settings and lighting.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.
4. Orders
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This confirmation does not guarantee availability and is not a contract of sale until your order has been dispatched.
5. Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Pressdon is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please see our Returns page for full details.
7. Discount Codes
Discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Pressdon reserves the right to withdraw or modify any discount code at any time. Codes have no cash value.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, logos, and graphics is the property of Pressdon and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pressdon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you are a consumer under the ACL, you have statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded, including guarantees as to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Pressdon website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
